Our Team at Academy
We are proud of our staff who are committed to providing excellent standards of care across all the age groups within all our centres.
The Manager is Tracy Hornby and she has a qualified team of senior staff including: Deputy Manager & Head of Busy Bees Jayne, Head of Butterfly Babies Sara, Head of Caterpillars Lisa and Head of Wise Owls Bambi. They are all supported by our experienced team of nursery staff.
Tracy and Jayne are available to discuss the nursery day and to support both parents and child during the initial separation and settling in period and thereafter to liaise with parents to ensure that their needs and expectations are being met.
15 members of staff at The Academy have undertaken and successfully completed "Tiny Talk" training. Baby signing teaches Baby sign language - a form of pre-verbal communication. Babies understand so much before they can talk!
